Matt Letourneau, Chair
A graduate of Auburn University, Matt has brought visionary leadership to the Navigators since 2001 in a variety of roles from recruiter to campus director. He has led the Navigators as City Director in Atlanta since 2012. His passion for local expressions of the gospel through transformative life-giving relationships well equip him for his role as Board Chair for Peace Prep. He and his wife Julie along with their children live in Kirkwood.
Josh Robinson, Vice-Chair
Josh Robinson is the Executive Creative Director and Principal of the Atlanta-based advertising and design studio, My Friend’s Nephew. An Art Director by trade, he has spent the last 15 years of his career crafting ideas for Fortune 500 brands as well as non-profits. His work has garnered recognition by the international creative marketing & design community. In 2014 the United Nations honored his work for The End It Movement, an anti-human trafficking organization, with their Award for Public Service Advertising. Since opening its doors in January of 2015, MFN has added RedBull, Zaxby’s, The College Football Hall of Fame and ESPN to their impressive client roster. Josh is an Atlanta native with a heart for his home city and it’s people. His wife Susan and he are active door holders at Passion City Church where they attend with their three children, Kyla (11), Meira (8) and Amos (7). Josh likes golf, loves his wife and kids, and is easily distracted by shiny objects.
Andrew Case, CPA, Treasurer
Andrew is a Senior Manager at Frazier & Deeter, one of the largest accounting firms in the City of Atlanta. His area of professional focus is in taxation, where he advises his clients on tax structuring and planning. Andrew has an entrepreneurial spirit, and aims to bring value with his strategic thinking and vision. Since moving to Atlanta in 2008 to begin his career in public accounting, he has worked tirelessly on investing in community relationships to make a difference. It is this investment that has brought Andrew to Peace Prep with the goal of helping bring radical and transformative change within the community of English Avenue. He and his wife, Kim, are expecting their first child and currently reside in the City of Decatur.
Robin Merrill, Secretary
Robin is currently engaged with Impact 2:52, a management consulting, leadership development and training organization. Prior to this she held positions as a Youth Director of a large Atlanta church and with Emory Healthcare in the Department of Care Transformation. Robin has a heart for teenagers and young adults and has used her gifts to mentor, disciple & coach for the past 15 years. She believes that core to leadership development and life transformation is serving. As such she has led over a dozen mission trips in the US and around the world. Locally, she led a group of youth to create a food pantry in Clarkson, GA that serves refugee families, has worked with homeless ministries, young adults struggling with addictions, and local/international feeding programs. Robin lives in Atlanta with her husband, Chad, who is a local entrepreneur, and their 2 college age sons. They enjoy speaking & training together.
Monica is the Executive Director of Breakthrough Atlanta which provides an academically intense pathway to college for motivated metro Atlanta students to encourage academic success. Prior to her time at Breakthrough Atlanta she spent over a decade working in various leadership capacities for her alma mater Spelman College. Monica belongs to a number of professional organizations and has made her career about being a strong advocate for the education of children and families.
Beth has been a resident in the English Avenue/Vine City area since 2010 along with her 3 children. She has extensive experience in early childhood education. Outside of her work commitments she is a committed parent and member of the PTA of KIPP Ways Academy and Booker T. Washington Early College (PTO). Her advocacy for widening the student support system in schools and feeling that it is imperative to incorporate that system beyond the student to encompass the entire family makes her an ideal member of the Board of Directors for Peace Prep.
Gloria is the Associate Director of Programming for the Chick-fil-A Foundation. She is responsible for cultivating meaningful partnerships and developing engaging programs that bring to life the mission of the Chick-fil-A Foundation to help children become all they were created to be. Prior to joining Chick-fil-A, Gloria worked in asset development and also managed political campaigns in the Atlanta area. She was a member of LEAD Atlanta Class of 2015 and currently serves on the Advisory Council of the Salvation Army Boys & Girls Club. She is a graduate of Georgia Tech and a native of Atlanta. Gloria currently resides in Grant Park with her husband Charlie, where they are actively involved in their community and church.
Steve E Lewis, AIA
Steve was born and raised in New Orleans, LA and is a graduate of Southern University in Baton Rouge, LA with a professional degree in architecture. While he is licensed to practice architecture in the state of California, before becoming licensed in 1997 he turned in a slightly different direction that allowed him to manage other outside architects, engineers, and contractors in the area of corporate restaurant development. For the past 30 years or so Steve led that work within various organizations. He currently holds the title of Director, SW Development for Chick-fil-A, Inc. where he has been for the past 10.5 years. He and his wife Marjean just celebrated 25 years of marriage and are the proud parents of two adult children and two elementary school age boys, both of whom were adopted in 2008. They are also grandparents to a wonderful and active 5 year old grandson. Steve absolutely loves children and has passionately served in many roles with kids in his church while continually looking for ways to influence and impact their lives for the Kingdom of God.
Anthony Gordon was born in Harlem, NY, but grew up in Mobile, AL and considers that home. He graduated from Spring Hill College with a Bachelor of Science degree in Economics in 1977. He earned his Master of Divinity in Pastoral Leadership in 1985 from Birmingham Theological Seminary, and went on to earn his Doctor of Ministry in Urban Missions in 1994 from Trinity Evangelical Divinity School. Anthony has extensive experience and relative expertise in the areas of urban ministry, pastoral leadership, community development and organizational health. He founded Restoration Academy in Fairfield, AL in 1988 and was headmaster of New Hope Academy in Franklin, TN from 2000 to 2002. He is currently on staff with Desire Street Ministries.

Kyle is a realtor with Keller Williams. Prior to his career in real estate he worked in the staffing and financial service industries with a focus on partner acquisition and management. Kyle is a graduate of Kennesaw State University. A native of Marietta, Georgia, he and his wife, Maribeth, now live in the English Avenue community. He and his wife are passionate about seeing men and women set free from the bondage of addiction and have become an integral part of the Peace Prep community, spending time volunteering during the school day and during the after school program.
Ryan Wilson is the Co-Founder and CEO of The Gathering Spot, a private, members-only city club that brings together a motivated and diverse community of professionals, creatives, and entrepreneurs. Ryan started the company with his college roommate with the goal of creating a work and social environment that fosters creativity and collaboration. Prior to founding the company, Ryan lived in Washington DC, where he attended Georgetown University and Georgetown University Law Center.
Sara Wills, Ex-Oficio
Sara and her husband moved to English Avenue with their daughter in 2011 to pursue intentional neighboring and community development. She has been involved with Peace Prep from its inception in the role of Community Liaison and has been an integral part in all community outreach events and administrative responsibilities. She now serves in the role of Administrative Assistant and Volunteer Coordinator.
Benjamin Wills, Founding Principal
Benjamin is a native of Dallas, TX, he, his wife, and daughter moved to Atlanta in the summer of 2011 for the second time. They currently live in English Avenue. He completed his Bachelor’s degree at Liberty University and Masters at Central Michigan University. The vision for Peace Prep comes from three perspectives he currently embodies, a father, community member, and an educator. His combination of strong leadership, communication skills, experiences in education, and entrepreneurial spirit make him a great fit to be the leader of Peace Prep.
